This paper introduces a modelling framework developed under the Horizon Europe project ICARIA to assess multi-hazard risks and resilience at the asset level.
Unlike traditional single-hazard approaches, it considers cascading effects and interactions between hazards like floods, droughts, and wildfires, especially on critical infrastructures.
Initial testing in ICARIA case study regions demonstrates how the framework integrates exposure, vulnerability, and resilience factors to evaluate complex climate-related events.
